Privacy Policy

VerifyChart is a product of MVP Health. VerifyChart is designed with privacy at its core. We do not store clinical note content. Ever.

• Email address (Pro/Practice accounts only)
• Analysis metadata: score, flag counts, specialty, timestamp
• Usage data: number of analyses run
• Payment info: handled by Stripe, never stored by us

For Pro users, we also store your full analysis result (flag titles, descriptions, and PDSQI-9 scores) to enable PDF export and analysis history. This result data does not include your clinical note text.

For users who analyze notes without signing in, we collect: session identifier (a random ID generated in your browser), IP address, browser type, and note specialty selected. This data is used solely to measure product usage and is never linked to note content or patient information.

We log token usage and estimated API cost per analysis for internal product analytics. This data is never shared with third parties. We also track whether an analysis was created via the re-analyze workflow to maintain accurate usage statistics.

If you use our Chrome browser extension, it reads your verifychart.ai session token to keep you signed in. The extension uses chrome.storage.session (cleared when Chrome closes) to store your session temporarily. It does not access data from any other website or tab.
